You will be working as a Virtual Assistant, using your experience and skills to complete a wide variety of personal assistant and administration tasks, such as schedule management or document editing, for a number of different people.

 At least 5-8 years of relevant experience
 Ability to work during the working week (Monday-Friday)
 Ability to work part time
 Ability to work from home
 Your own computer and Office software suite

The work

As a freelance Virtual Assistant, the work you’ll do will vary based on client needs and your skills. Being a Virtual Assistant particularly suits those with an administrative, assistant or marketing background, and your daily responsibilities might include things like:Communicating via our website, email, Whatsapp, text, phone or videoSorting email and managing inboxesManaging and arranging calendarsWriting, formatting and editing documentsHandling general administrationSorting expenses, invoices or other documentsArranging travel and booking accommodationsPosting to social mediaUsing systems, software and apps including CRM systemsMaking calls, following-up and representing your client’s companyDoing data entryTaking minutes and transcribing audioWe also have clients who require basic support with marketing, writing, and social media
